Tutoring Centers and Kids' Classes: Book Trial Lessons Automatically

A small classroom with a teacher and children at an after-school class

Parents choosing an after-school class or a tutor ask a lot of questions — and they ask them in the evening, after the kids are in bed. The center that answers first, clearly, with an easy way to book a trial lesson, usually gets the student.

What parents ask

  • What ages or grades do you teach? Which level would my child start at?
  • What is the schedule, and how long is each class?
  • How much per month or per lesson? Are there sibling discounts?
  • Is there a free or paid trial lesson?
  • Where are you, and is there online learning?
  • In which language are classes taught?

An assistant that knows your program

An AI assistant that has read your website answers these questions with your actual program: groups by age, schedule, prices and trial-lesson terms. If a parent asks something the site does not cover — say, whether a 4-year-old can join a group for ages 5–7 — the assistant does not invent a policy. It says the teacher will confirm and adds the question to your dashboard. You answer once; the next parent gets the answer immediately.

Booking the trial lesson

The trial lesson is the moment a parent turns into a customer. With the calendar on:

  • the assistant offers open trial slots as buttons;
  • it asks for the parent’s name and email — the contact of the adult, never the child;
  • the parent gets a confirmation with a link to reschedule and a reminder the day before;
  • you get the booking by email and Telegram.

If the trial is a group class, set it up as its own service with its duration, so the assistant only offers the times when that group meets.

Families who speak another language at home

Many centers teach children from bilingual families — Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, Chinese. Parents often prefer to ask in their home language even if classes are in English. The assistant answers in whichever language the parent writes in, with your program details unchanged.

A note on children’s data

The assistant is set up to talk with parents and collect only a parent’s name and contact details for booking. It is not designed for collecting information about children, and it should not be.

Try it on your center

Paste your website into the chat on availagent.co and ask it what parents ask you. from $29 a month, with a 14-day trial for $1.
